Compound Capital Connections (CCC) is a tariff recovery technology and coordination platform. CCC is not a customs broker, law firm, or accounting firm, and does not provide legal, tax, customs, or accounting advice.
2. Filings and Legal Matters Handled by Licensed Partners
ACE/CAPE declarations and ABI filings are prepared and submitted exclusively by licensed CBP/customs partners, and only when a file warrants escalation. Legal matters are handled by qualified independent legal counsel where appropriate.
3. Recovery Is Not Guaranteed
Recovery is not guaranteed. Eligibility and outcomes depend on documentation, timing, claim type, importer-of-record status, supplier cooperation, legal review, and applicable law. Past results do not guarantee future outcomes.
